Wędzony ser z mleka krowiego, podpuszczkowy, krótko dojrzewający, o bursztynowo-złotej barwie na skórce. Po rozkrojeniu, biały, o jednolitej strukturze, bez "oczek". Formowany na kształt sakiewki. Delikatny i świeży, o lekko wędzonym smaku, który zawdzięcza wędzeniu na buczynie.
